Schools and councils across the country are turning to CCTV to enforce parking restrictions during the school run – and a new low-cost camera system is set to make this even easier in the coming months. According to reports in the Sunday Times and the Daily Mail, the new surveillance system costs as little as £16,000, and is able to record and recognise the number plates of illegally parked cars outside schools. Honda recalls Accords, Pilots for suspension fix

Honda is recalling about 10,800 Accords and Pilots in the United States for a potential front-suspension failure. The recall covers the 2010 and 2011 model years. A problem with the machinery used to tighten the spindle nuts on the front axles of both vehicles, as well as the damper attachment bolts for the Pilot, could cause the suspension to fail.
